Great for team building, learning new workouts or simply a girls night out! A certified fitness instructor will lead your group of up to 15 ladies in heart pumping exercises wrapped up in games and lots of interactivity. This service also includes food and a workout shot*. * Food and beverage options will be pulled from our party menu & discussed prior to final booking.
