If you purchased either our flexible group package, 90-day, or teen group, group classes are held:
5:15am Mo & We
6pm Mo,Tu, We, & Th
7pm Tu, Th
You may attend up to 3 group classes each week for the duration of 3/4-3/28.
PT sessions (individual services) are scheduled directly with the lead trainer at 912-406-3155.
