Calling ALL TEEN GIRLS ages 13–17! 💪🏾💗 We’re hosting a special Teen Lifting Mini Camp designed to teach proper form, technique, and confidence in the weight room! 1.5hr session of ENERGY that your teen will cherish. Only 10 spaces are available so book ASAP!

About the event
A few notes for this amazing event:
The attire for the evening is for the young ladies to come dressed in anything they can workout in & that makes them feel confident!
The parents won't be allowed to stay in the room once the event begins, however, you’re more than welcome to wait out in front of gym so you’re nearby if your girl needs you for anything!
Tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred to another teen girl wanting to attend.
